A pax came in to the club today frantically pulling his backpack apart, and realized that he left something crucial in his car. Jim, the attendant at club, held on to his bags so he could run out. Same pax calls from security realizing he's now forgotten to retrieve his car keys. Jim pulls them from bag and takes off running, and Jim is not young. Pax retrieves lost item, makes flight. And hopefully tipped Jim.
They take care of their own in here.

Add my kudos ... the AC at BNA may be a little worn but has some of THE BEST people that make it truly a pleasure to visit.

Yeah, the people at BNA (which I frequent often) are one of the best in the AA network... Even the gate agents are awesome. Just a few weeks ago I was running slightly behind to catch my flight to LAX. The gate agent called me to make sure I was on my way.... Just an awesome service of AA in BNA...

Above and beyond at the BNA Admirals Club
BNA has always been a great station. Nice to see the same agents working in the club from when I was a kid too (even after the lounge closed and reopened)

Terrell from BNA Admirals Club moving to MIA
I'm a UA kid, but on my way to Chicago Seminars on Friday I stopped in the BNA Admirals Club (thanks to Citi Exec card), just in time for Terrell, the consummate gentleman attendant at the club, to tell me it was his last day and that he was moving to Miami to be a front desk agent at a club there. I envy you MIA travelers, and I implore you to be extra nice to him and tell him his BNA club members miss him. You will enjoy getting to know him, I promise.

We often post about our favorite AAngels at the ACs, referring to them by first name...

Back to the topic...this is that very nice gentleman with the deep southern accent and mustache, right? I love him; great to see him coming to Miami.
A loss for BNA in a way, but honestly they just have the best staff of any AC anywhere, period, not just him.

All it takes is using the "Alert the moderators to this post", and finally, someone did.
FT has allowed first names used, and continues doing so. Various Admirals Club employees have been mentioned by first name many times before. In this case, the OP was courteous enough to ask the Club employee if his name could be posted in this context.
Now we can get back to the topic. Several posts regarding moderation or primarily consisting of personal comments have been deleted.
Thanks,
