I couldn't find any written procedure, just faxing or postal-mailing your proof of name change, plus a letter asking them to change the name on your account, seems to be the way to do it.

It looks like someone has provided the link, but I just want to mention that at the top of the pages at aa.com is a search box. If you enter the words "address change" in the box, the answer is easily found.

I just wanted to mention this as there might be some people that don't ever think about it. I was at a usability study for a major web search provider and we were discussing this and how it differs from a site known from searches.
At this site, the opposite is true. Their small business website has a large search bar. this causes people to miss the very easy and useful menu drop downs that list a lot of good information. In the case of AA, we are used to using the menus so much, we might not consider the search function, since it is a much smaller window at the top of the page.
