Quality of the Executive Platinum Desk.

(It was close between this and the EXP SWU)

Cheers.

While the EXP desk has historically been the top perk of EXP status, I very strongly feel that the quality has slipped (a lot) just this year. For example, they no longer look for award flights: I have to look them up myself and call the EXP desk to book the inventory after I find it. I could go on and on but in general, nowadays if there's any kind of problem with travel, I have to figure out the solution myself then call the EXP desk, tell them the solution and get them to actually press the keys. I do long for the Good Old Days.

Since most of my travel is domestic the unlimited EXP complimentary upgrades are my best part, even available on longhaul routes to destinations in HA and ANC along with Central America. Of course, for many others I assume the ability to use 8 SWUs on any fare code is of high value.

I voted Partner awards but meaning because you can book several of them online and they seem to be bringing others on boards. Also one way awards.

I'd say complimentary access to MCE. I almost exclusively use AA for longhaul Europe-US West Coast flights, and getting to fly in MCE for a third of the price a comparably spacious seat goes for at the competition (BA's WT+ or AF's Premium Voyageur) is a huge benefit for me.
