If someone is too stupid to remember where they put their gun, they don't deserve to own one.

In general, I don't think people try and bring guns onto planes (or into any non-law enforcement work setting) because they are extra super happy.

Not sure about that; I think most of the people who pull that have some kind of valid gun permit (albeit sometimes in another state). Someone who doesn't, in my opinion, more likely acquired it through illegal means with a specific purpose of doing harm.
