For the last few years, there were 2 daily flights between JFK and EZE (Buenos Aires) on American Airlines. 955/956 and [I forget the other number offhand!]. I was just looking for some tickets and now I only see one [955/956]! Did AA cancel the second daily flight? If so, when? Or am I going crazy? I'm just curious and want to make sure I'm not going crazy, hehe THanks for the info!!!

from what I recall (from 2006 onwards at least), it has been a daily flight to JFK, 2 flights to MIA and 1 flight to DFW. (and an ORD run that lasted only a few months) -and all those flights leave EZE between 8pm-1030pm-- so it is always a mess there---especially on a sunday.....
There's only been one daily EZE-JFK flight (AA956) and one JFK-EZE (AA955) during the last 6 years. Not sure if there were more direct flights between the two cities pre-2005
Thanks everyone for the clarification about the flights! And I didn't know about the dedicated AA forum -- thank you for moving the conversation there, I didn't mean to put it into the wrong place. I'm new here so still learning my way around
Yeah I remember them announcing there would be two daily flights each way between NY and BA... but I could be confusing it with somewhere else in my mind. Hmmm - I wonder if there's a web page listing all of this historical information! I'd be curious to see such a page if any of you know of that sort of list!!!
There was a second daily for a very short time. It was to add capacity on the route in order to run Delta out of the market. Delta was run out, and the secon frequency became a third MIAEZE.
