I'm partial to the NRT Admirals Club. It has a nice spacious design, big showers, and decent (for an AC, anyways) snack/drink options. Of course, I hardly ever visit the NRT AC (unless I'm flying non-OneWorld from T2) thanks to the fantastic JAL F lounge.
Domestically, I really like the new design (complete with fireplace and large faux tree) of the SFO AC.

I also 2nd SFO AC. Especially the agents running the AC are very sweet. One weird thing about SFO AC is though that the closest gate is a Virgin one, so sometimes there is a Virgin Plane blocking the view.
Mini Q: Which out of DFW is the best? In my opinion, I think D, but wanted to know other rational, opinions.

I generally prefer D, but the showers in A (which used to be co-located with the DFW Flagship Lounge) are fantastic. A also still has a tiny gym. Unless you have a really long layover, I'd just pick the DFW AC closest to either your arriving or departing gate.

As I understand it Gate 59 is a shared gate. At present AA can contain it's ops to it's primary gates, but I imagine at times of bad irregular operations AA would use gate 59 as needed.

Checking in from SFO right now, and agree it's very nice. But I do like DFW D also, in that lots of room to spread out and choices of sections in which to hang out.

I don't know, but the worst one in recent memory is the one by D15 at MIA,
There was so much noise there, it was impossible to relax. Is it me, or does carrying on a nonstop conversation, not something that should be done in the quiet areas of lounges. There was also a more than ample number of screaming children present. Not being familiar with MIA, I followed the signs to the first lounge I saw, and didn't even think there was another AC in the same terminal (D30), until I was heading to my flight.
