What to do with 6,000 ANA mileage?

I just realised that after I converted the miles earned from my credit card,I have a total of 6,000 miles in ANA Mileage Club.

I want to switch to Aeroplan from now on, and since I find it useless (in my case) to be a member of 1+ star alliance frequent flyer program, i want to get rid of my 6,000 ANA miles.

but it seems that in order to redeem them, i need at least 10,000miles for almost ... everything!

Is it possible to redeem my 6,000 miles.. somehow?
or.. can i sell/transfer them??

what are my options?

If you use the ANA lounge at Narita you can redeem 4000 miles for 30 mins. in the Refresh salon there. You get massage etc..

You have an ANA credit card, so keep using that and keep earning those miles, which can be supplemented by an Amex. Otherwise, accrue with UA or AC.

ANA miles can be converted to ANA shopping points on a 1:1 basis (1 mile : 1.2 points until end Jan.31). These points can be used at ANA's shopping site www.astyle.jp , with each point being equivalent to 1 yen.
There are a lot of items that can be bought for less than 6,000 points (6,000 yen).

The site's all in Japanese however, and items can only be delivered to a Japanese address...

Whoops sorry, this option also needs a minimum of 10,000 miles
