PE to C with UG

Will fly in March from ORD to NRT. Is UG to C from PE occur often when using miles or is it a rarity on ANA? Thanks

That's a standard Economy to Business upgrade.
If you purchase an upgradeable fare you can certainly apply for an upgrade using ANA miles.
If there are seats available, your upgrade should clear. Pretty standard.

Right.....real question is how hard are those UG's to snatch.....thanks
