Get 100 miles for answering the online survey

At this time, we would like to conduct a survey and invite you as an
ANA Mileage Club (AMC) Mail Magazine subscriber to participate.
This survey will ask a series of questions pertaining to ANA's online services
(ANA North America website, ANA's email magazine, social media, etc.)
Upon successful completion of this survey, you will receive 100 AMC miles.
Miles will be credited to the AMC member's account around the middle of August 2011.

As the feedback we receive from this survey will be taken into consideration to improve our services.

I got it too... took only a few minutes. Great way to add a few miles in the account... should post in a month or so

A quick little google search shows no one reporting getting the miles, and a ton of web sites that posted the link to "free" miles. It should end up costing a pretty penny if they respect everyone that did the survey.
