Eva on ANA
Hey,
I can't seem to see Eva flights from US to Asia on ANA. Is that normal? Ive dont several searches for various time periods and they all come up empty. Do I have to use United's search and then call ANA?

Just call ANA. There new award system is garbage.
After an 1 minute back and forth conversation with the rep, they agreed to waive the booking fee.
As usual, if all else fails, ask for an supervisor.
Availability online is different from what you get over the phone on ANA routings.

My Google-fu is failing me. Do you have a number for EVA handy? ANA search isn't seeing any availability for SFO-TPE for EVA, but there's plenty of availability showing up on UA search.

If you're using ANA miles you need to call ANA not EVA.
EVA has nothing to do with it unless you buy it from them.
