SIN early check-in

I can't find anything after many searches so here it goes:
I am doing SIN-NRT on NH-J. Flight dp SIN 8:10a but my sister being a nurse needs to go to work at midnight. I'm thinking of having her drop me off before she goes to work but my dilemma is:
-Can I check in that early?
-Is there a lounge where I can spend time in?

Thx

You can only check in three hours before departure -- and they are quite strict about that, as the counter will be unmanned before then.

isn't there a special counter you can go to? I've done sin to nrt on NH twice before and i went to the early check in counter. it's not NH counter but they will still put NH tag on...can't look it up now as I'm in bed and using my mobile.

For late night departures NH152 / NH902, you can check in from 4pm at Check in Row 6 (under SATS Affinity logo). For early morning departures NH112 at 8am, check in only starts 3hrs prior, as mentioned earlier.
