Does anybody know how and if I can convert / exchange my Alitalia Millemiglia points into...some other reward program ?

Converting points would be great nowadays - not for AZ, it's a liability for them! - but I'm afraid we can't convert them into points or others miles. Only tickets on AZ and partners. Or you can give miles to the so-called Charity Program.
