Crediting EY flights to AZ MilleMilglia
Had a few flights on EY two weeks ago - although my MilleMiglia number was in the booking the flights havent been credited to my account yet. Is this usual, or is it necessary to retroclaim?
I asked in the Etihad forum but no response there so hope here somebody can help

This happened to us twice last year. If you e mail customer services with ticket and BPs it usually happens but takes around 4 weeks(!). If that fails, tweet them and they will fix ...
