AZ to TG GVA-FCO-BKK Transfert + Luggage + Lounge + City
Hello,
Many questions for the specialists of FCO, never been in FCO before and never used AZ.
I heard the mess about the lost luggage + recent fire in the airport.
My schedule is (July 8th) :
GVA-FCO with AZ0569 (J), 07:00 - 08:25
FCO-BKK with TG945 (J), 13:55 - 05:35
Option 1 :
Check my luggage GVA to FCO only, then check again in the TG desk FCO ?
Option 2 :
Check my luggage GVA all the way to BKK ? (more risky
?)
Which lounge will be better to use in FCO (more than 5h), there is shower facility ?
Do I have the time to go in the city ? How far is it ?

With my personal experience at FCO and they are infamous for misplacing bags, I would personally just check your bags to FCO only and then collect it and recheck it directly with TG.
