Online Access Issues
Hi,

I booked award tickets via Delta. I have the Alitalia booking code, but I still can't look at my literary via the Alitalia website. I have tried the firstnamemiddlename thing.

Any other recommendations for getting access?

(Note: I did talk to phone support and my seats are reserved and confirmed.)

I am having the same issue. Up until last Friday I was able to see everything on the Alitalia website and then it was gone. I called and they said it was a website issue.

Alitalia website is crap, just disregard whatever anomaly you see there.

I was actually able to check-in for our flight online. Used the FirstNameMiddleName login. Go figure.
