Website error when viewing reservation

Website error when viewing reservation
I'm trying to view my reservation on Alitalia dot com using my PNR. The site is able to retrieve the reservation but when I click view I keep getting a processing error. Anyone else having this problem or know of a solution? Thanks!

Closing out my own post in case there are any other Mac users that run into this issue. It seems Altialia's website prefers the ticket number to the PNR.
