You do get your champers on some airlines- though on VX it's Karma sparkling wine, and I think AS is also domestic sparkling wine, too. (Note to AS: if you'd like to offer something local as well, please get some of what these guys have to offer- it's really quite good and I'd put it up against some NV stuff from a certain French province.)
The good AND expensive stuff is generally reserved for international longhaul F (and no, I don't mean SEA-CUN). I suppose it's quite possible Fergie's flown F on BA...
