Well... I couldn't stand not being on an aircraft this moth so late last night I booked myself a ANC-FAI-ANC 738 turn upgrading at booking...

Award travel below (No EQM's):

3/7 ANC-JNU-SEA (F)
3/8 SEA-MIA (F)
3/15 MIA-SEA-ANC (Y...but hoping for a bump perhaps...)

Then late april... a trip to SEA..

Am doing BUR-SEA-RDM-PDX-BUR this weekend (2/12-2/16), going to hit the slopes at Mt. Bachelor on Fri and Sun . This is probably going to be the last trip on AS metal for awhile (most of my trips in the near future will be on Delta/NW or AA ).

Tomorrow

OAK-SEA-OAK

Planning on going to the Museum of flight that Saturday with Superdiamond concert at Showbox Saturday night.

Dinner at Wild Ginger Friday night after checking into the "W".

Anyone have ideas for Sunday besides Pike Place? I've been there several times already. Late flight out unless I standby.
I suggest the Ballard Sunday Market if the weather is decent. It is one of the most interesting Farmer's Markets around with lots of local products and it's in a neighborhood that has rapidly developed over the past five years. Also there are plenty of shops open to browse as well. If you can, catch the brunch at Volterra there as well.

As for our planned AS excursions... we have two trips to PHX planned in the next several months a return to Carmel via OAK for some special events and an early June trip to STS for the best jazz festival on the West Coast in Healdsburg. Later this year another round in PHX a trip thru DCA to catch up with our East Coast friends and a hop across the water for a month to the land of the long white cloud New Zealand. Should have another 45K miles or so to add to the flight log before the end of the year.
