Email Error going on 2 weeks..whats the deal

I haven't had a reason to e-mail them but I'll give it a try. Which link are you using?
I used the web form from the link under "Customer Care"

It worked just fine.

the contact reservations email link on a purchased reservation page. I just tried a direct email to the
reservations@alaskaair.com we'll see if that works or if it to is undeliverable

OK. Under the "Contact Us" link Reservations no longer has their own link to an e-mail address or web form. Maybe the purchased reservation page has a link to a web form that is no longer valid? Perhaps the link became broken when they launched the "new" website and nobody bothered to take it out.

Ok, I've asked someone to look into this, but just to be clear....
The problem specifically is not being able to use the Contact Reservations link from the Purchased Reservation page .... correct??
