Alaska Web Site Has Gone Crazy
Trying to book a simple flight tonight, SEA-RNO on their terrible new web page. Everytime I tried to add the trips to my cart it went back to the main page and started again. Called the Gold line and apparently everything is a mess. They can see the flights but they show difference prices, they cant seem to book them. Now on my fourth round of people trying to make this booking with an agent and nobody can get the system to work. It was my distinct opinion based on what I was told this is widespread tonight. As a side note I was also told their "improved" call in system doesnt let them see the name or status of the person they are talking to. Wonderful!
Update- After 50 min and five different people working on it they were able to book it.

I've had similar problems on and off for the past two weeks. Wonder if they've been hacked?

Is anyone else having trouble searching award flights using Safari?
The initial search goes fine for me, but when I start trying to switch dates, I'm taken to this stupid CAPTCHA page where it asks me to "press and hold" a button over and over again.
Every time I change a date or an airport, I get taken to this page.
I've tried to recreate in Chrome, but can't seems to make it happen.

Another ordeal again today. Changing a one stop flight that had used a GGU to a non-stop flight with paid F. Should be super simple but had to call in to make sure the GGU's got redeposited. NOPE! A total of FIFITY MINUTES on hold while she tried to figure out how to redeposit the GGU because "the system isn't working right". For crying out loud Alaska, stop trying to be American.

New problem? Cannot change flight online
Just tried to change online my June flight to an earlier flight. No change in cost. It was fine until I hit continue with passenger information page, it’s asking me to fill in required information but nothing was missing on page. Very frustrating. I guess I’ll have to call in to see if rep can process the change. Does anyone have similar issue?

The Thread Title, "Alaska Website Has Gone Crazy" is one that has stood the test of time and, unfortunately, will have enduring applicability as we go forward on FT.
It will, however, also elicit ingenuity to problem solve of flyers and posters of all corners of AS travel, many of which didn't start as a website problem
