I would like to know how many seat rows are in First Class and Economy Class on a Boeing 737-400 aircraft?

According to the OAG North America guide (and my own observations), there are 3 rows in fc (12 seats) and 20 rows in economy.

The 734 AS equipment shows 12 F and 126 Y seats so I'm guessing there would be 3 rows in front and 21 in back.
