It seems that our favorite airline needs a supercharge !! Alaska has been having a hard time in the press, particularly here in the Northwest. And, as has been mentioned before on the boards, the staff seem to be down in the dumps. (Understandably so with the accident in January).
But, as a regular traveller, I think that its time that Alaska management energize their workforce. Particularly with the busy summer season approaching, a level of excitement and enthusiasm would sure be welcome.
For their frequent flyers, it's be real nice to be recognized for sticking with the airline. Particularly, when all my workmates look at me strangley whenever I tell them I'm flying Alaska again !
