Congratulations! And don't forget to enroll the little one in Mileage Plan! Never too early to start earning lifetime miles.

Thanks! He's only flying on awards (or as a lap infant) so far, so haven't gotten around to setting up an account, but will do as soon as he has his first earning flight

Flying PDX-BOS next Friday, and somewhere over southwestern Ontario I'll be requalifying as an MVP. This'll be the earliest I've qualified since first reaching MVP in 2015, but unfortunately my air travel during the second half of the year will far less extensive, so I don't have a shot at Gold.
Can't complain about my current status, though. Still 5/5 on upgrades this year, and thanks to a gifted GGU I'm already confirmed in seat 2A for next week.

Requalified for MVP last Saturday over somewhere near CHI, miles finally posted today. 2/3 is on partners this year so it was nice to do it on mainline AS in F.
Gold is sort of up in the air after VX's last schedule changes.

So frustrating!
Year-to-date Alaska/partner* qualifying miles
Flown:
49,972 miles
28 miles to Gold
(I've already flown more than 28 more, but they haven't posted.)

Hit MVP for 2018 about 2 weeks ago on a SEA-BOS flight; hoping to requalify for MVPG by the end of the year.
I got hit by a dramatic cut in our corporate travel budget, not to mention the loss of the Delta partnership and change in AA partner earnings, but I should still be able to make it. Totally worth the cost and time of a couple of MRs to me for the higher status, if necessary.

And I thought my 44 miles to Gold was frustrating! I wonder what combination of flights would having someone 1 mile from Gold or Gold 75k!

61,676 AS miles so far this year, but my SO finally moved from Seattle to NYC, so hitting 75K won't be easy. (Only about 2,400 partner miles.) We'll be flying another 7,700 when we go to Alaska via Seattle, and maybe a trip to Austin via SEA...it's going to be close.

Today's flight re-qualified me for MVP. Lowly, I know, but lowly on AS is so much better than lowly on UA!
Hoping to make MVPG by year's end, but it's going to be close.
