VX posting time to mileage plan?
Took my first flight where I tried to credit to my Alaska account, it's been about a week. Has anyone been successful doing this? How long did it take?
I used a paper boarding pass, just in case...

Honestly, this early in the game, I'm surprised anything from VX posts to Mileage Plan....I would use paper boarding passes and save receipts for the next few months or so just in case.

I took a VX flight (booked on the AS website) on Jan. 5. I sent in a missing miles request last Thursday, Jan 19. Finally posted the next day, Friday, Jan 20. Not sure if it posted on it's own or because of the request as I never heard back after I sent it.

VX flight May 17th LAX-SEA
It has been 2 weeks, no miles posted to AS account
I guess I have to mail boarding passes to AS. They do not allow requesting mileage from partner via AS mileage plan account.
First time this has happened.

I don't know what I have been doing differently than everyone else, but I haven't had a single VX flight post automatically. I called after 2 weeks every time.
027 ticket # on the phone has been enough to get it credited immediately.
Agents would not credit it before 14 days because of "duplication" concerns. The last time I did this (yesterday) the agent said this was fixed.

Just called, they see the 5/15 flights but don't see anything for the 5/24 fights. Had me email in all the boarding passes. Said could take a week as they have to ask Virgin to send the data.

5/19 posted today on it's own (at 14 days). 5/23 never posted beyond the 14 day time frame (booked on alaskaair.com as a R-class ticket).
