AS 525, PHX/SEA,3/29
no UGs, we are both MVPGs
tix class is T, bought in early December 2016
one weird twist is that we are #8 & 10 on the UG list and are on the same PNR, first time I have noted that we are not listed consecutively. Weird...

11 out of 24 or so on the UG list. Companion was never listed (again!).

3APR AS851 SEA-LIH
G fare purchased less than a month ago by MVP.
Upgraded to Premium at 48 hours
Upgraded to F at 8 hours.
I've gone from the best Y seat (17A) to the worst F seat (1A).
Luckily, 1D was still open, so I switched

I thought 1A on the new re-configured with premium class birds are pretty good. Is it only me?

I think bulkhead is actually now the best. Can't see any reason why A & D would vary whatsoever within Row 1?

I still prefer row 2 myself. But on the 73H (most Hawaii flights) I find row 1 tolerable

AS 34, SEA-ORD 4/10/17

I used a GGU about 60 days ago on a low fare, and would not have cleared otherwise. Waitlist at departure was 65 deep. #1 cleared.

Not an upgrade per se, but did manage to find a 25K award ticket one way BWI-SAN-SMF in early June. Y was available at 12.5K, but the Y fare was $207 while the F fare was $665, so the extra 12.5K spent was a better value of sorts.
