Looks like 2362 from Portland went around and circled for 10 mins prior to landing.

Maybe someone needed to take a last minute poo? I know this is FT and all but circling for 10 min and arriving 3 min late (officially on time per FAA) happens so often I'm lost as to the why needs to be asked and answered.

Bingo. Perhaps even the pilot made an announcement. I've never flown in/out of BLI but I'd imagine it doesn't have excess runway capacity, so all it could take is one plane slightly delayed for takeoff, or a plane on final approach would have the entire field at "maximum operational capacity"

They went around once, came in for a 2nd approach and circled again. Wouldn't surprise me to hear something like they had to do an alternate gear extension.
