First time to got 25% extra bonus for M cabin but still don't know what M cabin really means. Just a higher fare? Any special meaning? The fare is indeed high since it is a hot route on a memorial weekend...

Yes, also includes immediate upgrade if U is available, was pleasantly reminded of this a few weeks ago.

M is one of the many fare basis codes. Y, S, B, M, and H are the highest-priced coach fares, with Y being the code for a full-fare coach ticket and the others less expensive in descending order.

In general, the coach fare classes on Alaska are as follows:

Y - Refundable, full price coach fare. Always the most expensive coachfare class
S, B - Non-refundable coach. Less expensive than Y.
M, H - Non-refundable coach. Less expensive than S and B, but still expensive.

Q - Non-refundable coach. Less expensive than the above fare classes. Choice award seats come out of Q availability.
L, V, K - Non-refundable coach. Cheaper still.
G, T - Non-refundable coach, the absolute least expensive seats.
W - Coach saver award

Don't forget R. It should be bundled with G,T, and R.
