OMG!!!!

I just checked my account and am now back to ZERO for elite status in 2014

Oh, well, I will be gold by April, so I guess I can wait a few days

SO, who will be first to post 2014 miles? Paging Beckoa.......

I'm a peon for the first time since mid-2007

Plenty of travel, but most of it was on award tickets. I'm ORD-based now, and have been cashing in Avios and the occasional Rapid Rewards points, so I've had very little revenue travel this past year.

At least I have the Citi AAmex to get me a few benefits when flying AA, and I'm still Club 49 for when I need to travel to and from Anchorage.

Yeah it hit hard seeing those empty progress bars, but at least I'm already gold for this year

First trip for us is Jan 8 as well. Projected to make 75k on Nov 21

I flew yesterday. 500-something partner miles should post ... after I send in the receipts in a few weeks after they don't post.

My zeros will be short lived as I've got 6 segments booked during the first 15 days of the year. I usually have some pent up biz travel as I don't travel much during the last 6 weeks of the year.

I usually make gold by Oct. Never made it to 75K.

75K status showed for a few hours after the reset and then dropped to my new status of MVPG I had a flight booked on 1/19/12 but i need to cancel. Next flight not until 2/2. I will be Just short of Gold by May

I finally sent in my receipts for some partner travel that hasn't posted yet from November and early December.
We caught our MVPG status with a last flight on 12/31. Our first miles on AS will be next Thursday when we return to SEA.
Going to have to figure out how to make Gold in 2013. It will likely involve more trips to the middle of the Pacific, some Spring Training baseball, Chicago, etc.

Always painful. It's amazing how prompt they are with those progress bars

Got my first flying done on the morning of the 1st, but there isn't much booked for the next few weeks. 75K will be a stretch to keep for 2014.
