When I checked My Trips today, a trip I added earlier this week had disappeared. I added it again and attempted to add another flight and a mileage ticket. Neither was successful. The two regular tickets were purchased by others for me and I made the reservation for the mileage ticket two months ago. Any ideas what's going on?

Most system upgrades/updates are done over the weekend. Probably just a result of IT messing with things. If it doesn't improve by Monday send them an e-mail.
