Snowboard bag?

All,

I'm flying AirTran to BOS on a ticket booked after November 11, so the $15 fee applies. Mrs. Monkeybizness and I are bringing our snowboards with us to take advantage of some of the snow that got dumped on New Hampshire this weekend.

Bag policy here states that for sporting equipment:

http://www.airtran.com/policies/sport_equip.aspx

"Snowboarding equipment - One (1) snow board will be accepted when packed in a case designed to prevent damage to snow boards. The snow board will be accepted only upon completion of a Limited Release Tag."

I have a decent sized snowboard bag that should be able to fit both boards in it. Do you think that this will be acceptable as "one (1)" snowboard? Or do we need to bring our boards in separate bags and pay one fee for each ticket?

Thanks!

actually, i found this on a burton message board:

looks like it's no problem whatever's in there, as long as it's under the 50 lb limit.
