At least one of the blogs that posted the 32 credit link publicly is a Chase affiliate so I would assume Chase is ok with it being public now.

It's been about 3 weeks for me and I haven't received the bonus. Should I call chase?

Good luck with that. I called two weeks ago, Chase said my credits were sent to Air Tran the week prior. I called Air Tran last week, they said they had not received any credits from Chase and that my statement probably hadn't closed out yet.
I explained that the Chase agent was the one who told me to call Air Tran because, according to him, my credits should have posted.
Air Tran rep basically shrugged over the phone and told me to call back in two weeks.
Awesome.

Just now applied and got immediate approval for the 32 credits but only have a $2k credit limit and need to call once I have the card to move around some of my other Chase line credit.
Your new account has a credit line of $2000.If this does not meet your needs, please discuss available credit line options with our Customer Service Specialist when you call to confirm receipt of your card.

32 credits after you spend $2,000 in the first 3 months of opening your account

For everyone having problems with receiving credits after spend is met, I had the same problem. I kept getting the run around from both Chase and Airtran, saying exactly what most of you are hearing. About 2.5-3 weeks after my statement close after hitting spend I recevied all credits and have had no problems since then after statement closing.

I assumed nothing would happen until the statement closed so that makes sense.

I received the 32 bonus credits about 5 days after the statement closed.

Still nothing about the 2 BC upgrades though.

Anyone know what the minimum credit limit is on the Airtran card? I'm at my limit with chase and need to see if I have enough available credit to move around for to apply for this card.

Anthony - you should call and ask about your upgrades. I never received anything, but when I called to inquire was told that I had two upgrades in my account.
I said, "So if I hadn't called, I would have no idea these were here?" and the agent responded, "Well, they're in your account now."

Translation: No one will tell you anything unless you call and make some noise.

Something you have to be careful about, even though the airtran credits have 2 year expiration when you make a southwest ticket out of them they have only 1 year of expiration.

Duplicate Airtran accounts

This is probably just a dumb mistake on my part, but if you are having issues with receiving the credits in your Airtran account, make sure Chase sent the credits to the correct account.

I could have sworn I signed up with my existing Airtran number, but after not receiving the credits for months I called them up and it turns out a second account was opened when I received the card. They were able to merge the accounts and now I have all of my credits, but it was frustrating wondering where they were for so long.

Also my business class vouchers came in an email very shortly after I met the min spend (months before I got the credits straightened out). If you didn't find the email, maybe it was categorized as spam or something.

I'm not familiar with the airtran program but I am member from a long time ago.
I just got this offer today in my email and I was wondering is 32 credits definitely good for 2 RT tickets or is there some type of catch?
I'm not used to this system that uses credits. How many credits equals a domestic RT ticket?

Thanks

Yes. Capacity controls. Award seat availability can be very limited. To check this out, login to your AirTran A+ Rewards account and search for award seats.

I rec'd my card today called and verified the bonus points and bus upgrades also moved 5k from another Chase credit card since I only had been given 2k and will most likely use this to rack up as many points as possible.
My husband used to have the Airtran card with Barclays and it was fairly easy to book rewards/award looking at their available calendar .
