Do they get converted to points?
Mine expire 8/31/14 - one year from issuance - so they will not be available for the November 1st conversion. However, since these were "promotional" upgrades issued by Chase I do not know if they would have converted if still available or not. If they will not convert them now to A+ rewards because they are "promotional" it would not seem likely they would convert them to points in November, although I know non-promotional upgrades will be converted in November.

The Chase-issued business class upgrade vouchers automatically transferred as 4,800 RR pts each! ^

My AirTran credits have yet to be transferred. Funny the priority of things...

Better than mine, I had two that I used credits for, and they converted at 1200 points each. I was kinda expecting this conversion to be screwed up.

You had two upgrade vouchers paid for withe A+ credits?
Those should have converted at 4,800 points. I'd call or email or something.

These were a total pain to get settled, I called three times and got three different answers from SWA Customer Service phone reps. The final one was a former Airtran rep (the only one who was actually able to look into Aitran's system) who shared in my frustration and told me she was powerless to help except to tell me to call Southwest Customer Relations - called twice, got busy signals, not even a recording!

Finally resorted to filing a complaint with the DOT, SWA finally acted and credited the missing 3,600 points for each business voucher in my Airtran account at time of conversion and called to apologize about the mistake.

RIP Airtran - not the most luxurious way to fly, but their phone reps were empowered to make things right the first time.
