I received a survey from airberlin

I have received a survey with so many questions about my last flight. I have flown with them for a year, I am topbonus gold and this is the first one I receive. It seems they want to improve or save the business. I think it is too late...

They ask thinks like: did the priority label on your luggage work and you were the first one to get your luggage? So funny...

I've flown nine legs with them as Ruby/Sapphire since August and got four of those surveys, plus one inquiring about my satisfaction with my claim for compensation.

Mind you, at least they're fairly short (if thorough) click-through affairs, so I don't mind answering them if I have time. I've given up on BA's surveys that want you to write half an essay for every other question.
