cancel ticket online

Hello I have a flexfare with AB, but i don't see cancellation option but a rebooking option on my booking page. Anyway to cancel the ticket online or i have to phone in? thanks in advance

You need to call - no option to refund via web.

does AirBerlin charge a fee to cancel & refund an Economy Flex fare where the fare rules permit cancel & refund?

still need to call for the cancellation & refund? been a year since this post.
