Classic. I knew I should've been paying more attention!

Either way I was impressed with AB all in all. My FAO-DUS-TXL the previous day was also solid - exit rows on both sectors free as OWE, and blocked at online checkin, free coffee and juice on the FAO flight, free beer on the TXL flight, reasonably on time etc.

It was certainly easier than FAO-LGW (overnight) and LHR-AUH on BA.

Girlfriend was denied boarding on DEC 28 and put on AB7492 on DEC 29. Arrived in AUH but without luggage... delayed by a day. EC 261/2004 + Misc Expenses will be filed.

Just left AUH yesterday ... and guess what? AB's lost the luggage again.
