trying to expedite status match/calling topbonus
Hi All,
Air Berlin sent me a status match offer to topbonus Gold on Wed, which is great. However, I now have a flight with them on Monday and would like to reserve a seat, and they haven't processed the status match yet.
In their e-mail they say I can call
+49 030 3434 3433
But from both Google Voice (US number) and my phone with a Spanish SIM, this number seems to be unreachable (maybe I need to call from a German SIM?)
I tried calling the spanish # from this page (http://www.airberlin.com/en-US/site/...er.php?cat=2):
+34 902 333 335
Which works, and I got through to an agent but I don't think any of them speak English... so they hung up on me.
None of the other numbers work for me.
Also tried the regular US reservation line, but that number seems to be always busy and I can't get through to anyone. Anyone have any ideas?
