Annual pressconference postponed
Something is going on at Air Berlin. Does anyone have any insight here?

Air Berlin PLC is currently in advanced discussions on options, which, if implemented, would have a substantial effect of the company. The company therefore postpones its annual press conference and the analysts & investors conference from 20 March 2014 to 27 March 2014.

Speculation is that EY is about to announce an increase their stake in AB from the currently held 30%, although both parties have denied this as recently as January.

If there is such speculation and now this I think it makes sense to believe EY are indeed increasing their stake.
