These promo miles will post after a long while, but I never had any Heinemann purchase ever posted to my account... no, a few dozen miles is not worth the time to make retro claims, but annoying still.

My issue is with Hertz miles not posting to my TopBonus account. Hertz robotically repeat the same mantra, "the points were applied correctly", yet nothing turned up. As for TopBonus, they are totally unresponsive. Letters and emails seem to be useless. It's only a small pocketfull of miles, obviously, but the principle of the thing just irritates me.

Here's another one. Buy the topbonus Service Card for €119 and receive 10,000 miles. Personally, I struggle to see which of the benefits would be of any use to me apart from seat reservation. I don't usually need extra baggage. It says 'Earn topbonus award miles', but don't we earn these anyway? Or does this offer extra miles with each booking?

Lots of miles for taking out an airberlin credit card at the moment, 10,000 for non status customers and 25,000 for status customers. As usual, the links don't work in English, but here they are in German:

http://www.airberlin.com/de-DE/site/...tb_meilenextra

NB. This is available for German residents only.

And now the latest double miles promo seems to be a raft of ground partners. Registration required, promotion good until 30th September:

By the way, I tried to collect miles by clicking through the shopping portal offered at the following link and buying something from amazon.de. Unfortunately, no miles turned up:

500 extra miles for purchases at HEINEMANN Duty Free shops. There appears to be no minimum spend and it vaguely looks like you'll get the 500 for each purchase:

http://www.heinemann-shop.com/hd_de/airberlin_topbonus

Only problem for me is that I am not using any airport that has HEINEMANN, except that I will be arriving at CGN off another flight on Saturday. Can one purchase something on arrival? I rather suspect not. Ha, but I will be transiting HAM prior to that (on 4U) so maybe I could pick up a can or two of beer there!

In the above promotion I got 500 miles for overall for all my purchases. They took a long time to be credited, but turned up as always.

There is a promotion offering 1,000 miles if booking through Holidaycheck, as well as the usual 200 miles (which is better than the 100 miles offered by Miles & More) for hotel reviews:

There's another offer just in today which basically means you get 1 extra miles per Euro paid for your flight on top of your regular miles. Now, it's targeted, so I can't post a link here. But once you've registered you have to log into your member profile before booking and enter your Topbonus number again...apparently.

There was also a deal recently which offered 20% mileage discount on award ticket redemptions, which I thought might have been interesting in business class. But because there's so little traffic on this thread I didn't exactly jump with excitement to post it here. I figure that most if you who are plugged into this programme will get the info anyway.

One last deal worth noting, if you go to the Offers section of the Topbonus page, is 2016 miles for rentals with Europcar.
