Misleading sale? Excluded fare classes

From https://www.airnewzealand.co.nz/fiji-on-sale

Excluded booking classes are: F,I,N,R,S,P.
From https://flightbookings.airnewzealand...s/farediscount

Excluded booking classes are: F,I,N,R,S,P,Z,D,C,A,O,E,U.
Which is it? I'm inclined to trust the latter as it looks like this comes from the booking engine. This take the sale from being somewhat decent (i.e. including S & P class fares) to being not worth my time even looking at.

So what's misleading about it?

Promo code sales are the best sales. I wish there were more of them.

I assume you were searching on / entered the economy promo code.

The difference in the exclusions are Z, D, C (all business booking classes) and A, O, E, U (all premium economy booking classes).

Given there are separate promo codes for economy, premium economy and business; this makes sense to me.

Looks like S & P are excluded in both the restrictions listed above? The only difference are non-economy classes, which as mentioned makes total sense if you're applying it to an economy fare.....

Just for reference, I've checked and none of the excluded classes are in the fare chart at all - http://www.airnzagent.co.nz/assets/agents/fare-advice/pacific-islands/CRS_Islands_ex_nz_eff23Jan17.pdf
