Depends on the fare. NZ's website says: "Travel booked in booking classes N, X, I and R on Air NZ Operated Flights do not earn Airpoints Dollars or Status Points. Travel booked in booking class F does not earn Airpoints Dollars but does earn Status Points."
So I would think you should be getting status points generally speaking, even if you are using grabaseat. However, if you have paid for the fare using APD then I believe you will not receive any status points or APD.
