Where to send praise?!
Dear Airpoints folks,
I am a bored, cynical, 200,000 BIS miler...who finally flew air new zealand this week, and had the best flight I've had in years. Just a fabulous crew. And I want to write a little message to the airline to praise the crew -- but in a form that the feedback will actually reach the crew. I tried to do the survey, but there were too many questions.
so: would anyone be willing to PM me an e-mail address where I could send some positive feedback? or is there a AirNZ lurker on this forum to whom I could write a note?
Congratulations. I am sure it doesn't feel this way all the time, but you guys really lucked out with your national airline!

Glad you had a great flight. When AirNZ is good, it's very very good - and the crews are a particular high point. We get a bit cynical ourselves, since there has been so much nickel and diming over the years (and Airpoints is just a disgrace) but there's nothing like spending some time on good old UA to be reminded about just how good we've got it!

I think they are generally quite good about passing on feedback to crew if you are specific about your comments.
