I have a lost bag (screw up on TAP) that was forwarded to Air New Zealand into LAX from LHR.
According to all the records, the bag should have arrived two days ago (info from Global Baggage Services).
But the contract agents that take the delayed baggage inquiries are not at all able to confirm anything.
I am sure the bag is sitting in the bag room at LAX.
Short of going there myself, I'd like a local LA contact. Does such a number exist?
