I don't really know about the fares mentioned above, certainly can't see any fares to those destinations other than V or N. BUT, I don't know if you noticed that promo fares CDG-US are usually booked in KL V, while other cities like MRS/NCE-US books in KL T! The T-fares ex France with CDG excluded are actually pretty good. This has been going on for a while so hopefully it'll stay that way.

That is really interesting! I just checked the French KLM website and it says explicitly: "Miles percentage earned: 100%"!
I hope it is not a mistake, so I guess everyone who is booking this special fare, should make a print-screen to keep as proof.
Anyone made a booking already? Which booking class is this fare??
On the German website they have similar prices in the "Winterfest" promotion and even lower fares in their "Last minute promotion", but be careful: ZERO miles earned for these fares!

KL winterfest fares out of Germany
I just finalized my flight booking (FRA-AMS-JFK-AMS-FRA) over the Christmas holiday on the KLM German website.
But there is an interesting notes I found during the booking process.
According to this, this fare(V) seems to earn 100% flown miles.
As far as I know, V class earns 25% of flown miles.
This must be a mistake.
Does anybody have an idea?
Price is based on Take Off Fare
Most economical KLM fares for travel in Economy Class.
Flying Blue members earn 25% of the normal number of Flying Blue Miles on special promotional fares and the lowest Take Off Fare; members earn 100% of the Flying Blue Miles on the other fares.
Miles percentage earned: 100%
Changes are not allowed
Cancellations are not allowed

Although the French KLM website states explicitly that "Miles percentage earned: 100%", I discovered on expedia.com that the flight must have booking class V!
That means only 25% miles. So if anyone is going to book, you better first check KLM ticket office.

Did bought some tickets form LYS to AMS using that promotion (Les affaires du ciel).
It looks like E class tickets on my electronic statement:
17/02/2006 KL 1253 AMS LYS E 187
17/02/2006 BONUS DE MILES SPECIAL CLUB 187
13/02/2006 KL 1248 LYS AMS E 187
13/02/2006 BONUS DE MILES SPECIAL CLUB 187
Unfortunately the 100% miles seems not to have been awarded.
But as it is a promotion may be they will credit the miles at the end time of the offer. :-|
If anyone got the same story and find out a way to get 100% of the miles please let me know... ;-)

You still can hope thomas...
Well for what I understand, you really earn 100%...of your 25% miles flown when flying V-class (or Air France L-class), which makes finally...25%. So it is not really a lie !
See ya'
