Etihad apartment? Flying blue

I was wondering if anyone has used AF Miles to book Etihad? I can't find a mileage chart or whether or not they allow one way bookings, stopovers, open jaw etc.

So far I can't figure out how to try to book this.

You can make a simulation in FB website , some etihad flights to auh are available directly , but as far as i know its only economy/business class

I know that you can get further than auh , check other codeshares of etihad with airfrance/klm/alitalia

If you want to book residence/apartment i guess you will need to call flying blue

Any experiences with airline imposed surcharges? Is availability the same as for AA?

Etihad is NOT a Flying Blue partner. They codeshare with AF and KL on a very restricted number of routes, and these may be booked for money. They are not offered as Flying Blue redemptions.

Flying Blue members can only book First Class on Air France flights, and only when they have Silver status or higher. The Etihad Residence is a class above First and, as such, would not even map to any existing First Flex redemption category used for AF La Première.

It's what I thought. I did get excited by the posts Fifty Two put down but I also cannot verify any of this information above, so it looks like false info / false assumptions.

It looks to me like there is really no way at all to use FB miles for any Etihad flights, contrary to what is indicated above.

Please if you have proof of this being possible please post specifics like screenshots, route, miles charged, class of travel, booking channel, dates, surcharges paid etc.

Otherwise above just seems to be misleading wrong info.
