Questions on AF Award
Per the U.S. agent:
1. Award ticket can be held for 48 hours.
2. Air France will charge the credit card from France no matter where the origin of the travel is.
3. when cancelling an award ticket, taxes and fees will be fully refunded.
Are all those statements right? Thanks

3. I don't think so. It is, IME, pretty much all or nothing. either everything is refunded (miles&taxes) for Classic and Flex or nothing for Promo awards.

Classic Awards attract a fee for changes or cancellations.
