The reports we have on this forum on how DL is answering AF questions is a total shame. Same in my experience as well, but I have to say that I avoid to call them even if I am in the US. I call the Platinum line in France and benefit from their excellent service.

CDG Connection Question
Hi, -- I only very rarely fly through CDG. Right now I'm looking at FCO-CDG on AF arriving at 1500, then flying out on QR at 1640. I will have to claim my bag (offline and off-alliance connection on different tix) and enter France. Will this be too tight for comfort?

Exit the plane, go through passport control due to suspension of Schengen (not systematic but often), claim bag, walk to VAL, wait for next train, drive to terminal 1, go up one floor and check in again.
I would give it three hours between both flights. Knowing that delays are possible, beware that 3 hours might not be enough.

I am pretty sure the answer is No but I'll ask anyway: is there any FB booth or office where I could collect my FB card. I was never sent my Gold one when I reached that level back in November and the one I requested on the website has yet to arrive, so I was wondering if an airport pick-up was possible?
Thanks in advance guys.

Sorry if this has been raised multiple times. Can I check if ST Elite+ (Delta Gold) has access to the Arrivals Lounge as listed here: http://www.skyteam.com/en/Why-SkyTea...rivals-Lounge/
Is it an AF branded one, or is it a SkyTeam lounge?

It is an AF lounge (arrivals only).

First come first serve. There are actually 3 2E terminals, K, L and M. The K and L lounge only have one therapist while the M lounge has two. For me I've never had a problem getting a slot in the M lounge, but others haven't been so lucky. I've only been lucky once in the L lounge.

The Wiki appears to be considerably out of date. The last edit was just over five years ago. Information like this is of course changed:
"CDG2E on reduced service since the accident last year here"
I was trying to find some good information about lounges. I did find this one for others to reference:
