Elite Security at 2F

I normally seem to magically find this when I'm there but was asked by a colleague where it is. Can anyone precise its location? Thanks.

There are 2 SkyPriority security check-points in 2F :
- one at the extreme left of the terminal
- one at the main security check-point in the middle of the terminal.

It's best to have your driver drop you off by door 8 for the easiest access to the elite security in the middle of the terminal. The Sky Priority is on the left-most side of the many security lines there.

Yes, that (or actually rather door 10-12) or further on. The Elite security in the middle of the terminal usually has only two lanes open, the others being non-Elite. The checkpoint at the Western end of 2F typically has three or four lanes open. Its only disadvantage is that it is further away from Gates F50+.

Bumping up this thread as I haven't checked luggage from 2F in years, and now Mrss Gottardo asked me where to go (Plat card) to check luggage.

Is there still the SkyPriority check-in counter at the extreme left end of 2F, next to the SkyPriority-only security check? Otherwise, where is the check-in counter for SkyPriority?

Yes, it is still there.

Then after checking in your luggage, you can go through the adjacent dedicated SkyPriority security.

In the unlikely case it is too busy (it happens), you can try the other priority lane in the middle section of the terminal.

What I do not like in this area is that non priority pax can very easily go to the priority screening points, as there is no physical separation between both queues.

There are 2 skypriority areas depending on your destination. One for European flights and one for the (few) international flights still to check-in at 2F. Both to the left of the main hall. It's well signposted however.

Not exactly : one is on the extreme left. The other one is in the middle. You can use the middle one even if you are flying a European flight (it is not restricted to long-haul)
