Early check-in in SIN?

Early check-in in SIN?
Hi,
According to http://www.changiairport.com/en/flight/airlines.html, I should be able to early check-in between 1245hrs – 1355hrs at Changi (my flight is at approx 22:30).
Can anyone confirm that this will be possible?

UPDATE2: At 1330, AF said that they were closed and to come back at 1815. YMMV, perhaps they would have accepted earlier. The "left luggage" check is upstairs in T1, take the escalator behind the main information desk (past row 6), then take a left at the top, go past the restaurants and turn right (signage is OK not great).
