777-300ER Y Seating

Hi All

I'm on AF9 from JFK to CDG in August and have seen the new seating layout - with a section of Y in between J and W. AF are selling this as Seat Plus, was wondering if anyone had flown on this or know if this forward section actually has extra leg room at all?

Thanks in advance!

Yes for extra legroom. This temporary cabin layout is linked to the "quick change process". See this thread for more info :

Do we have any feedback on how the "quick change" trial in April went?
