That may not matter, because the ticket was booked with Expedia, who also use Amadeus.
That said, I have a booking made via Expedia on an airline that uses Sabre (not VN) and for which I therefore have a Sabre PNR for the airline in question, and an Amadeus PNR for use with Expedia. However, the Amadeus PNR does not work on the usual CMT sites, etc.
